Spring is also the start of the gelato season.
This year’s Spring was very unique, in many senses, it changed our routines.

Many of our favourite gelato makers did their best to provide us with fresh gelato even in new, challenging circumstances, to brighten up our days by bringing us a bit of happiness, normality and optimism.

We want to thank all passionate and dedicated gelato makers who are bringing happiness and delight into our lives daily.

We have to stay positive and optimistic, even though times are challenging. A scoop or two of good gelato always bring at least a bit of happiness and joy in everyone's life.

So we have to do our best to seize moments like this as frequently as possible. Valmar's mission is to continue doing it's best to support its distributors and end-users.

Isn't it nice to see our Master Gelato & Pastry Chef Martin Gregori, after so many years in this profession, at the end of a long day, still enjoying his gelato?

Would you like to try the efficiency of a Valmar Sweety 60 TTi pasteurizer in your gelato artisanal lab?

I've been using Valmar machines for many years and I am very happy that when the product was launched, the development team included all the advices and experiences regarding specific functions and programs by many experienced Pastry Chefs. But it doesn't only provide standardized pasteurizing process for its users. Just to mention the FORCE ENGINE program, for easier and safer work. Usually, one of the most critical part is the cleaning part of the process. While most of other pasteurizers require the use of large quantities of hot water and cleaning agents (including manual cleaning), Valmar CLEANING SYSTEM program makes the process fully automatic. At the end of a long day, a 15 minute break is highly appreciative for any Chef.

We also only need 6 L of running water to wash and clean a full cylinder of a 60L pasteurizer".
